Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable after purchase. To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments not cancelled or postponed with 24 hours notice will be considered redeemed in full. Sessions valid for 6 months from purchase, unused sessions are not eligible for refunds. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to online purchases, only if no session has been booked and no work has started. By purchasing, you request the service begins within 14 days (including any preparation).
