• Single Consultations - £55 for 30 mins, £85 for 50 mins

• Sleep Coaching Packages - £295 for x3 sessions, £375 for x4 sessions or £450 for 5 sessions.

How to redeem gift cards:

• Single Consultations - Recipients can go to the Book Coaching page, scroll down to Immediate Sleep Support & click 'Redeem A Gift Card' during the checkout to book in your session.

• Sleep Coaching Packages - These cannot currently be redeemed by booking through the website, so please email me at amy@thegoodsleepmethod.com quoting your gift code to get started.

• Please ensure that you redeem any gift cards within 12 months from date of purchase.
