Good Sleep Coaching™


Our 'Good Sleep' retreat sessions are available as 1-1 consultations in-house, for your spa or retreat clients, to boost energy levels & help them feel more replenished.


How It Works

If you're running a spa or retreat and are looking to offer holistic consultations to improve sleep & overall wellbeing, The Good Sleep Method is available for 1-1 coaching at your location either in the UK or internationally.

This is bookable by the day and coaching sessions will run with individuals in 50 minute slots.

Individuals will be shared a detailed holistic sleep assessment questionnaire and sleep diary to complete in advance.

Personalised recommendations & sleep action plans will be given to help people reduce sleep related stress & anxiety, feel more rejuvenated and increase levels of deep, restorative sleep.
