Our 'Good Sleep' 1-1 sessions are available to improve sleep-related productivity & performance, for your employees in-house at your offices, and for private members clubs.

Sleeping less than 6 hours a night decreases productivity by 2.45%

1.2m working days are lost a year in the US due to lack of sleep, & 200,000 in the UK

How It Works

If you're looking to go the extra mile for your employees or private members, and help them maximise their sleep, wellbeing & productivity, The Good Sleep Method is available for in-house 1-1 coaching.

This is bookable by the day and coaching sessions will run with individuals in 50 minute slots, in your offices or private members clubs.

Individuals will be shared a detailed holistic sleep assessment questionnaire and sleep diary to complete in advance.

Personalised recommendations & sleep action plans will be given to help people feel less tired, have more energy & focus and improve their levels of deep quality sleep.
